Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

1 can black beans rinsed and drained
Quinoa flakes (1/4-1/2 cup)
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1-2 chopped scallions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 t chili powder
1 t cumin
dash dried oregano
dash dried parsley
dash paprika
dash sea salt
1 egg or 1 flax “egg” (1 T ground flax seeds mixed w/ 3 T warm water-allow to sit several minutes)
